If they have any concerns or the notice needs to be adapted to the complex circumstances of the case, then of course [the officer] will pass it to legal to review and advise, but, in the first instance, to have that template as foolproof and consistent as possible, it saves a great deal of time and resources – it’s absolutely brilliant!
