"One great thing about RIAMS is the notices.

You don’t have to worry about them being invalid because of small [legislative] amendments – they are regularly reviewed and updated [by the company]. The prompts are also helpful in supporting officers, particularly when taking action using less familiar powers.

“If we didn’t have RIAMS, the time taken to write a standard notice could be hours and would require any locally stored templates to then be reviewed regularly. 

“Without RIAMS, enforcement action time would be quadrupled. With RIAMS, it can take just 15 minutes and I have confidence that any notice I use will stand up to scrutiny.

“We also upload all our local content to the platform, which allows us to store all of our information in one place and means officers can easily find whatever they need.
