It is what consumers rightly expect. To ensure this, food inspectors must be qualified and competent.
RHE Global has teamed up with well-respected food and industry experts CJ Jackson and Adam Choonara to deliver a CIEH accredited Practical Food Inspection Assessment and ID Exam course at the famous and vibrant Billingsgate and Smithfield Markets in London.
Aimed at environmental health students and graduates, those studying for the higher certificate in food control and food inspectors, this course will draw upon your prior knowledge and learning, putting you through your paces, whilst earning 26 hours of CPD.
Designed to satisfy the Practical Food ID exam criteria set by the CIEH and ensure inspectors and students are recognised for their knowledge and skills on all aspects of practical food inspection and legal compliance, successful delegates will have truly earned their pass mark and the recognition they deserve.
This is an interactive course encompassing classroom demonstrations, on-site visits and inspections, group discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The final day is devoted to an oral assessment designed to determine your competence to inspect foods at the point of retail sale, wholesale, in transit and at a UK port of entry or border inspection post.
Our next CIEH accredited Practical Food Inspection Assessment and ID Exam course is taking place from 4 to 8 November 2024 at the world-renowned Billingsgate Market in London. To ensure the highest quality experience, places are limited – so visit RHE Training to book now.
