Thank you, PWS Colleagues

8th May 2018 Training

A sincere thank you to all the PWS colleagues who attended our conference in Birmingham on Tuesday 24 April. Our heartfelt thanks to the speakers too, whose practical and applied presentations really hit the mark. The feedback was very encouraging and, as at every event, will be carefully read and evaluated so that we can continue to be guided by what you tell us you need.

The exhibitors were delighted with the engagement of the attendees - two delegates were thrilled to adopt real elephants after winning Northumbrian Water’s water odour detection challenge. The spontaneous ‘show and tell’ by Matthew Wilson of Springhill Water was also popular. We returned home tired but happy, having spent the day with so many engaged and competent people.

We’re using the evaluation forms to springboard our thinking into the next PWS conference where we hope you, and many others will join us for another day of practical sessions and updates. Next in the pipeline is a mini housing conference in York. We’ll be posting details soon.
