We are excited to announce the launch of our new product, The ASB App.
This new service has been designed to transform and simplify the reporting and investigation of anti-social behaviour and works in a similar way to our other app, The Noise App.
Members of the public can take pictures of the anti-social behaviour and log the location using the built-in GPS. Once the local authority or housing provider has received the report, the investigating officer will be able to keep the complainant up to date through the in-app notification and messaging system. The in-app messaging service also means that the investigating officer can message the reporter for additional information if needed.
Investigators are able to access reports sent, through The ASB App case management website. Case management features include mapped hotspots, status updates, direct messaging, blocking features and the ability to personalise ASB categories within the app, depending on what your organisation handle.
