Benefits of Using RIAMS: One-stop Shop for You and Your Team

In this first post, we are exploring how the RIAMS platform can be used as your source of procedures, templates notices, letters and so much more.

Firstly, RIAMS Libraries can deliver all your document needs. With 14 knowledge areas available, covering a wide range of environmental health and trading standards duties, there is something for everyone. Within each knowledge area, you will find procedures, template notices and letters and many, many more documents to help support you in your role.

If you find that something is missing from Libraries, all subscribers can ‘Request new Content’, free of charge. All requests submitted are sent directly to our Chief Editor and he will take the necessary actions to make them possible. We aim to have a quick turn around as well, so it causes minimal inconvenience for you.

Secondly, there is RIAMS Communities, our free discussion platform for anyone with a local authority email address. We have communities on private water supplies, housing, noise and so many more. Using the Communities notifications, you can get updates delivered straight to your inbox at a frequency of your choosing. If you’re not using Communities already, why not sign in or create an account to check it out?

Earlier this year, we introduced a new Single Sign-On (SSO) system allowing you to use the same login details for all our services; in addition to Libraries and Communities, this includes The Noise App, Reportable, FSA Smarter Communications platform and the HHCC.
