New Reportable App Now Available

7th January 2019 Reportable

We are very happy to announce that our new picture based reporting app, Reportable, is now available to trial and subscribe.

This new reporting tool is aimed at local authorities and housing associations who seek to digitise, simplify and speed up the reporting and investigation process for issues such as repairs and maintenance, environmental crime, anti-social behaviour and so much more.

Organisations can customise their reporting categories, automate workflows and keep in touch easily with residents through in-app communication. By providing a cloud case management interface, organisations can automate case allocation, share cases for multi-organisational investigations and manage data effectively. Other app features include GPS location data and offline-mode for reporting in areas of no wifi or poor signal.

All data submitted through the app is protected, complies with data protection legislation and is admissible in court. Our other app, The Noise App, has been successfully used in courts across the UK.
