Announcing the Winner of the RHE Annual Survey 2018

24th January 2019 RIAMS

We would like to say a big thank you to all those who participated in our RHE Annual Survey 2018. Your responses are invaluable and provide essential information on how we can improve our services.

We are happy to announce that Stuart Kenney from Cornwall Council, is the winner of this year’s survey. From all of us here at RHE, congratulations and we hope you enjoy your case of wine!

Speaking of RIAMS, he said “Cornwall Council’s Private Sector Housing Team has been using RIAMS for some time now and we have found it to be an extremely useful resource during a period of organisational and legislative change. RIAMS procedures have enabled our teams to implement changes quickly and effectively and the professional forums and blogs have enabled us to keep our knowledge up to date.

“Our teams have recently started to make greater use of the private communities which has helped us communicate across our teams whilst working remotely to one another, and it has helped us cut down on the frequency of our team meetings and associated travel, making efficient use of our time.

“We look forward to exploring and embracing future opportunities that arise through the use of technology including mobile working solutions in 2019.”

We will release more information on the results of the survey shortly.
