CIH Scotland: Supporting People and Communities

19th March 2019 The Noise App

On 12 and 13 March, Michael Fennessy exhibited at the CIH Conference in Glasgow. There was a strong message to this year’s event: a safe and secure home is at the heart of supporting people and communities and preventing and solving some of the most complex problems we face in society today.

The solutions that Michael was exhibiting, The Noise App and Reportable, are closely tied to this theme. Both services help members of the public report issues to their housing provider or local council, from noise nuisance to fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour to domestic abuse.

This event provided a fantastic opportunity for local authorities and housing associations in Scotland to delve into how app solutions can improve reporting and complaint resolution, ease pressure on resources and allow easier targeting of resources to priority cases. It was also a great opportunity to catch up with existing subscribers in Scotland and answer any queries on recently introduced features.

We look forward to attending this event again next year and if you would like to know any more about The Noise App and Reportable, get in touch with us on sales@rheglobal.com or call 01174 033584.
