Using The Noise App to Tackle Complaints

Since it’s launch in 2015, The Noise App has helped transform noise nuisance reporting for members of the public.

With over 200 subscribers from the public and private sectors, thousands of people have been able to provide evidence of the nuisance digitally to their service provider, in real time from their phones. Last year alone, almost 22,000 complaints and over 253,000 reports submitted through the app.

Over the past couple of years, we have been speaking to some of our subscribers to get their feedback on the impact The Noise App has had to their noise nuisance investigation processes. You can read more about their experiences below:
