This year’s event, called Housing Standards and Tenancy Reform in the PRS, will be taking place in Solihull on 26 November. In a last hurrah for RHE, Steve Battersby will be chairing this event covering topical issues such as Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and implications for local authorities, housing policy and regulatory updates and tenancy reform, illegal eviction and harassment. A number of case studies will also be outlined (Flood protection measures and the HHSRS, HMO licensing conditions and minimum room sizes and Private sector housing enforcement policies).
You can read the full event summary, see a list of the speakers with their biographies and book your place via our website, training.rheglobal.com.
