The RHE Training team have recently arranged two new classroom-based courses dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Tackling ASB in Social Housing
Delivered by David Parsons, ASB expert with 15 years experience in community safety, this course is aimed at housing association staff and other registered suppliers of social housing whose role is tackling ASB.
It aims to equip social housing staff with the necessary skills to handle ASB complaints effectively and ensure they have knowledge of the various options available during the investigation process. Read the full event summary for more information.

ASB Awareness: How to work with victims
A new course for 2020. Created by, and run in conjunction with, Supporting Justice, this course will help attendees develop a basic understanding of ASB and the impact it has on those affected by it.
Aimed at any professionals who work in the ASB sector (including environmental health and housing providers/associations), it will enable delegates to gain knowledge and skills which will improve their engagement with complainants of ASB. Read the full event summary for more information.
