Last week, we announced Alice Evans from City and County of Swansea Council as the winner of the RIAMS Product Survey 2019; once again, congratulations! We have now been through the results of the survey and outlined some highlights below.
Respondents were very happy with RIAMS Libraries with almost 89% awarding 4 or 5 stars for accuracy and just under 83% for relevance and usefulness. User experience overall remained steady with last year with around 70% of respondents awarding 4 or 5 stars. User experience for RIAMS Communities was a little higher at 74%. Many respondents are regular users of RIAMS with a fantastic 80% logging in weekly or monthly.
A fantastic 78% of respondents reported that RIAMS saves time and 75% of you awarded us 4 or 5 stars for our customer service, which we are very proud of.
Your responses also identified where improvements can be made; as always, we will use this information to prioritise developments and improvements made to the Libraries and Communities platforms.
If you would like to get involved in scoping out new developments to the platform, make sure you’ve registered to attend one of our RIAMS User Groups. These are taking place in Bristol on 6 November 2019, Nottingham on 14 November 2019 and Exeter on 10 March 2020.
