In this post in our ‘How to’ series, we are highlighting how you can add your organisation logo and set local colours.
Once signed into RIAMS, you can access your Personal Settings by clicking on the person icon in the black banner at the top of the page. You can access your organisation settings by clicking on ‘My Organisation’ in the menu on the left.
From this page, Administrators can update the organisation settings, such as the main contact email address, phone number, address and organisation logo. Your organisation name and region will already be set and including the contact information is optional.
The information included here will appear on any public information documents you may wish to share using RIAMS Connect. For example, a member of the public would view the document from your council website and may need some additional advice or information on tackling their issue.
To set or change your organisation logo, click on the ‘Browse’ button and select an image, this will become your logo. PNG and JPG file types are accepted by the platform. The image you set as your logo will appear in a number of places including any procedures provided by the RIAMS team and public information documents.
Using the ‘Colour Picker’ allows you to assign a colour to your organisation, meaning you and all other users on your account are able to easily distinguish between RIAMS and your own content. You can choose a random colour or one that is in line with your organisation’s corporate branding.
Once you’re happy with all the changes you have made, click the ‘Update’ button to save and apply them to your organisation.
