And The Winner Is…

We can now announce that the winner of The Noise App Product Survey 2020 is Allison Jay of South Gloucestershire Council. Congratulations Allison, we hope you enjoy the Amazon gift card.
Thank you to everyone who took part in our survey. The information we have gathered is very useful to us and we will be feeding this into our development pipeline. Some highlights from this survey include:
- 76.31% of respondents rated the website as four or five stars
- 57.7% of respondents have used The Noise App in court
- The top-rated features, in descending order, are: download all records (6.81), share cases (6.3), adding officer notes next to individual cases (6.06), assign cases to officers (6.06) and the block feature (5.73).
- Regarding how The Noise App has helped subscribers, top reasons in descending order were: helps provide a better service (71.05%), better prioritisation of cases and target staff responses (67.11%), resolve more cases (65.79%), cost efficiency (53.95%) and agile working (50%).
