Why should you attend?
“With a subjective test and varying perceptions, expectations and tolerance, defining ASB can be challenging. Whilst tempting to have a list of behaviours that are ASB, it has long been recognised that the behaviour type alone should not be the only factor that dictates how serious a report of ASB is and what the proportionate response to it should be. Often referred to as a ‘harm-centred approach’, this session will explore how best to assess reports of ASB, to ensure that we prioritise that which is causing the most harm and protect vulnerable victims”
Janine Green, ASB Expert and Speaker
