As organisations have acquired and embedded The Noise App into their operating arrangements, we’ve taken the opportunity to gather details of the journey that some have been through. Sharing these experiences with colleagues will highlight how the app can assist and offer alternative ways of tackling challenging cases and demanding caseloads.
We’re grateful to Bristol City Council’s Neighbourhood Enforcement Team for explaining how The Noise App assisted in the transformation of their service delivery arrangements. Their use of the app led to improvements in the management and investigation of complaints of noise disturbance and anti-social behaviour problems, delivering a 35% annual reduction in complaints and 93% of all cases being closed within six months.
