Dr Lisa Ackerley and Dr Hazel Gowland, leading experts in this field, have developed a Food Allergens Risk Assessment Toolkit. It provides a complete package to enable food businesses of any size to complete an allergen risk assessment.
The e-learning course provides a quality learning experience, and includes access to a risk assessment template, an in-depth guidance document, and links to further useful information, and signs that can be displayed in food premises.
To mark the launch of this toolkit, and in support of Anaphylaxis Campaign’s Allergy Awareness Week (a campaign close to Hazel’s heart), we are offering a 10% discount to everyone who books on to the e-learning course. Valid between Monday 24 and Monday 31 May 2021 use the promotion code: ALLERGENS10 when you submit your booking form. You can read the full course summary here.
Additionally, to help local authorities advertise this course to food businesses in their regions, we have put together a marketing pack containing social media posts, images and much more. To find out more about advertising this course to food businesses, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to get your copy of our marketing pack.
