RHE Annual Survey Winner and Results Analysis

Thank you to everyone who took part in the RHE Annual Survey; your participation is much appreciated and provides valuable insight into your views and priorities. We use your feedback to help guide the development of new features and improve training opportunities so we continue to deliver a range of services that has you, our customers, at its’ core.

Over 90% of respondents work in the public sector, so the views garnered in the 2021 survey are going to come primarily from that perspective. Further research on our part is needed to gain a clearer understanding of the pressures facing our private sector colleagues. While we are confident there will be overlap between the two sectors, it is always useful to have these distinct data sets available.

Thank you for your feedback on our customer service; your comments are always helpful to help us improve and ensure we deliver the best service we can.

Regarding the training needs identified, many of you reported that training on the new Electrical Safety regulations was needed as well as MEES and the HHSRS. Our training team offer a range of housing courses that may be of interest to our colleagues in housing. Respondents also noted a need for training on anti-social behaviour, noise, food, legal and a range of other matters. If no dates are available, the contact details for our training team are available on the website which you can use to register your interest.

Regarding the ‘Future of’ events we proposed, we have one pencilled in for the end of March and we will be releasing further details as soon as possible. The other events proposed will be arranged in due course.
