Do you want refresher training on The Noise App? Do you have new starters who could benefit from some training? The Noise App training events are aimed at all subscribers to The Noise App who would like to improve their use of the service and ensure its effective implementation within your organisation.
Taking place on Wednesday 15 June at 10am, key objectives include:
- Understand how to use the app as a complainant and submit complaints
- Consider frequently asked questions on the app
- Understand how to use the website as an investigator or administrator
- How to log on and navigate the site
- How to manage cases for your organisation, including assigning cases, update statuses and share cases
- Using the approve / block feature
Two hours CPD time will also be awarded to delegates who attend this training.
