Don’t suffer in silence; seek advice and help
22nd July 2022 RIAMS
We’re coming to the end of #ASBAwarenessweek, and we hope you’ve found some of the content shared useful. It’s been great to get involved and not only talk about our own ASB resources but also see what other activities and initiatives are happening across a number of different regions to help tackle ASB.
If you have been, or are currently being, affected by ASB in your area, there are people who can help. Get in touch with the police, your local authority or housing provider. In the meantime we would like to signpost some fantastic resources over at ASB Help. They have a large collection of supportive and helpful guidance covering a variety of ASB-related issues, ranging from hate crime, environmental ASB, vehicle nuisance to neighbourhood disputes and more.
We know that ASB can affect communities on many levels. Calm also has some brilliant advice and resources on how to manage stress, mindfulness and community care.
