The Revised HHSRS Comes into Force on 23 June 2026

RHE Global

The revised Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) framework will come into force on 23 June 2026, giving local authorities, housing providers and housing professionals a short but important window to prepare for the updated assessment and enforcement approach.

As the organisation that led the Government commissioned HHSRS Review, RHE Global is uniquely positioned to help practitioners prepare for the transition. We have already developed a dedicated HHSRS 2026 Transition e-Learning course alongside housing inspection software that has been updated to reflect the forthcoming changes.
