RHE is delighted to introduce Anna Smith, a recently recruited trainer with a wealth of experience in all aspects of enforcement, including community safety and ASB, through her work as a senior manager within a local authority.

She advocates passionately that where the ASB is tied up with the mental well-being of the perpetrator, it is to be addressed with a balance of education, empathy and support. Her focus is on practical solutions: delegates gain an understanding of the root causes of ASB, utilise effective communication and conflict resolution techniques, and implement evidence-based strategies for prevention and intervention.
