Are you new to The Noise App or uncertain as to whether you’re taking advantage of all it has to offer? We’ve pulled together some recommendations:
Tip 1: Gather insights through our ‘heatmap’ feature* – Highlight peak days/times of noise recordings to help plan any onsite visits
Tip 2: Utilise officer app submissions* – Using the heatmap insights, pick an optimum time to visit the noise on site to capture evidence, reinforcing existing data submitted by the reporter
Tip 3: Practice limiting daily recordings – Manage your officer time by restricting the number of recordings that can be made on a daily basis
Tip 4: Block reporters once cases close – Put an end to reporters submitting data on a closed case, reinstating access if needed
Tip 5: Regular data housekeeping – Ensure you are regularly deleting unwanted data from The Noise App
